Deposit, cancellation and refund policy

Cancelling within 14 days of signing

You may cancel a build agreement within 14 days of signing. The deposit is refunded less any costs we have incurred or committed on your build (for example a donor vehicle purchased or non-cancellable parts ordered), which are itemized for you.

Cancelling after 14 days

After 14 days, deposits and progress payments are applied to work completed and parts ordered or received for your build. We issue a final statement showing the work and parts paid for; any unused balance is refunded, and you may take delivery of the partially completed vehicle and parts you have paid for.

Completed stages

Progress payments for completed stages are not refundable. If a stage has a workmanship defect, it is corrected under warranty at no charge for labor.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on the issuing bank; bank transfers are returned to the originating account.
