Custom classic Broncos, built to order
A first-generation Bronco, built the way you want it.
RBS Customs designs and builds custom, high-quality classic Broncos: restored chassis, modern drivetrains, hand-finished paint and leather. One client, one build, one written agreement.

What we build
Every RBS Customs Bronco starts from a first-generation (1966 to 1977) body and is rebuilt from the frame up. You choose the color, the drivetrain, the interior and the stance; we engineer the rest.
Chassis
Media-blasted, repaired and powder-coated frame; coil-over suspension; four-wheel disc brakes; new axles and steering.
Drivetrain
Modern fuel-injected V8 with automatic or manual transmission, new transfer case, cooling and exhaust.
Body and paint
Steel or fiberglass body panels fitted by hand, sealed and finished in the color and sheen you choose.
Interior
Hand-stitched leather or marine-grade vinyl, modern sound deadening, air conditioning, discreet audio and gauges.

How a build works
Consultation and specification
We agree the body, drivetrain, color, interior and options, then issue a written build agreement with a fixed price and payment schedule.
Chassis and drivetrain
Frame restoration, suspension, brakes, engine and transmission installed and test-run.
Body, paint and interior
Panel fit, sealing, paint, glass, wiring, upholstery and final assembly.
Shakedown and delivery
Road testing, final inspection with you, title paperwork and enclosed transport to your door.
Pricing and payments, up front
Complete builds are quoted individually; most fall between $150,000 and $300,000. Payment follows the build: a deposit at signing, progress payments as stages complete, and the balance before delivery. Invoices come from RBS Customs LLC; your statement shows RBS CUSTOMS LLC.
Part of RBS Auto Work
RBS Customs is one of the automotive companies of RBS Auto Work, the automotive services group of Radd Payment Solutions. The group runs one back office for its companies: scheduling, invoicing, customer accounts, receivables and bookkeeping, so the shop can stay focused on the build.
Back office for builders
The same team supports a small number of partner restoration and custom shops with invoice preparation, receivables follow-up and bookkeeping. It is a back-office service for established builders we work with directly, not a public offering. Ask about it.
