What we collect

When you enquire about or commission a build we collect your contact details, delivery and billing address, vehicle and title information, and the payment information needed to process your payments.

How we use it

To specify, build, invoice and deliver your vehicle, to send build updates, and to meet tax and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell client information and we do not send marketing email without consent. Client vehicles are photographed for the build record; we publish build photos only with the owner's permission.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Card and bank details entered on the payment page go directly to Stripe and are not stored on our systems. Stripe's privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (payment processing, email, accounting, carriers), with our parent company Radd Payment Solutions, LLC for billing and bookkeeping, and as required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Retention and access

Build records are kept for the life of the warranty and as required for tax purposes. To review or correct your information, email info@raddpayments.com.
